The rich pools of majestic purple are intricately laced with subtle undulations of colour within, as is the case in this gorgeous Aran wool
With a granite grey trim to offset the colour against the soft and supple black Merino Commission
This dead-stock British Aran yarn of heather, sailed back from the Hebrides with me a few seasons ago, and so it felt well-suited as custom for a salty sailor friend, who had eyes for Rae’s Dad’s scarf of matching yarn
