Delivery of your Luxury Handwoven Accessories

I ensure to ship your Ready-Woven product order within five days of receipt of purchase. Should there be any important reason for delivery sooner, then this can be arranged via telephone contact below. Likewise if there is reasonable cause for delay I will be sure to inform you as soon as possible

When it comes to Made-to-Order and Custom Orders, a ship-by date is to be agreed in advance, there is usually a 21 day lead time though this will be confirmed after purchase

All accessories come with their own organic cotton drawstring bag for safe-keeping, and are carefully hand gift-wrapped in planet-friendly packaging

Each piece packed with a unique scroll offering insight and narrative into the inspiration of each piece, the sheep breeds that the piece is woven with, the pattern name, an explanation of any special factors such as plant-dyed features, along with product care information

If a gift-note is required, please inidate this at the Checkout. (There are no invoices enclosed as these are emailed to the customer only)

I post UK deliveries with Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day at £15.00 including packaging - Please allow exception of weekends/ bank holidays, when postage may take a little longer, and subject to completion of order before 12noon

Delivery can be arranged to the EU and USA with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or Parcelforce Global Prioirity (approximately 10 days) for approximately £60.00 to the US and approximately £50.00 to EU, including packaging

These costs are subject to change and delivery times are approximate and may incur additional costs after Checkout. Any additional import charges are to be settled by the customer
