Terms and Conditions
I lay out these terms and conditions in order to clarify my policies in how I manage product orders. I am a one-woman small-scale cottage industry and I will work to the best of my ability to provide a pleasant, personal and unique experience to my customers. Your Order
I receive orders via my website’s online shop. You will receive an automated email once you have made your online order and completed payment. Another email will be sent once the item is shipped
If an alternative order method is required, the customer can call me so I can advise on my product availability, options and an alternative payment method if necessary. I will need this customer’s contact details, postal and email address at this time so I can correspond about the order
If purchasing an item as a gift and should you wish to include a personal message, do please specify this in clear instructions immediately upon ordering by either calling or emailing me to ensure your special message has been received before I dispatch. All orders are gift-wrapped beautifully in natural wrap and parcelled with a narrative scroll to describe the inspiration before each piece. An organic cotton drawstring bag is also included for safe-keeping, along with a Care Guide
Product Quality
I pride myself in making high quality accessories that are made of 100% pure British or Cornish wool of natural origin and are skillfully handmade and hand-finished upon a homemade loom. Due to the nature of the materials I use, colours may slightly vary from the photographs on my website
Payment
I require payment in full prior to shipping via the indicated mediums at the checkout, of the price displayed at Checkout
With Commissions I also require payment in full prior to commencement
Applicable custom duties, taxes and VAT for overseas purchases are at the responsibility of the customer
In the rare instance that I am unable to process your order I shall inform you as soon as possible. This might be due to a problem during processing payment, or experiencing difficulty in sourcing a limited material, or in my inability to meet a customer-specified order deadline, or an error in a listing/ pricing
Delivery
I will ensure to ship your Ready-to-Ship product order within five days of receipt of purchase. Should there be any important reason for delivery sooner, then this can be arranged by the customer via telephone contact below. If these delivery dates cannot be met then I shall notify the customer upon purchase
When it comes to Commission pieces, a ship-by date is to be agreed with the customer in advance, usually within 21 days of receipt.

I send out UK deliveries by Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day at £12.00. I can also deliver to the EU and USA with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (5 days) for approximately £20.00. And Royal Mail International Signed to the Rest of the World for approximately £25.00 (approximately 5-7 days). Costs are subject to change and delivery times may vary due to current postal situation
Deliveries are usually includive of a trackable service. However in the unlikely case a customer experiences loss or damage to a delivery any such complaint should be for the customer to take up with the service provider

Commissions
I am open for Commissions of bespoke Classic Scarve or Blanket Scarves, however I cannot except cancellations, refunds or returns on these items unless faulty, this will need to be agreed in writing
All Commissions are designed by myself to the customer’s priorly agreed specifications but I retain the right to re-use these designs

Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of Commissioned pieces I cannot accept cancellations and returns unless the item is faulty, this will need to be agreed in writing
To return an item the customer will need to contact me with their request within 14 days of receiving the item and return within a further 14 days
For a full refund the goods must be safely and securely packaged containing order reference and it should be received by myself in the original labeled condition as the item was deliverd
I recommend you use a reputable recorded delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The goods are the customer’s responsibility until I receive them. I can only accept returns from the original purchaser
I shall not refund on postage costs if the reason for return was not at my own fault, and the customer will be liable for these initial and returns postage costs
I will only refund all postage costs if the item is found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights
All returns must be agreeable by Weaver Rae
Cancellations
I can except order cancellations on Ready-to-Ship items however this must be arranged with me immediately and before I send it to be shipped
I cannot except order cancellations on Commissioned items due to the personal specific nature of the item
Privacy Policy
I only collect and use your personal information for processing orders, nothing else
I will only collect limited anonymous data for use in my website analytics generated by Squarespace
I will never share your information with any other parties ever
I do not store your payment details
Web Content
Weaver Rae owns the content of this website including all imagery and it cannot be used anywhere else without permission. However social media shares are welcomed with credit to Weaver Rae
Gift Cards
Weaver Rae creates gift cards, either as an email file or as a physical postal gift card upon request. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after order date and receipt of payment and should be redeemed directly with Weaver Rae before expiry. Gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. If lost or stolen, Weaver Rae is not liable to replace so please keep your gift card safe. The value of the gift card is to be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance will not be transferred or returned as credit or cash. If the buyer’s gift card does not cover the full value of the purchase, then the buyer is responsible for paying the remaining balance within 10 working days. Please email the gift card (or post for postal gift card) in order to redeem. Weaver Rae reserves the right to cancel the gift card if necessary. Terms and conditions for gift cards can change without any prior notice.
